In our coaching sessions, we will use an integrative approach of neuroscience and biblical principles to help the “whole” person heal–Body, Mind, and Soul to help you get free from past mistakes, failures, abuse, and trauma, and walk into your true identity. Along the way, I will help you learn and simplify techniques so you can use them yourself whenever needed.
We will use Kingdom principles and go through the Freedom Framework to work toward:
- Stabilized Body
- Healed Heart
- Renewed Mind
- Mended Mouth
- Redemptive Relationships
*Please note that coaching is distinctly different from therapy. This package is about moving forward, not working through the past. If you are currently in crisis or need help processing the past, please seek a licensed therapist.

In order to have enough time to implement steps toward transformational change, I ask that you commit to a three-month plan, to begin with, and reassess once that is completed. These can be tailored a bit to your specific needs, but in general, I offer three options:
