- What the Spiritual side of trauma looks like, and how to address it
- How to identify your own triggers and why it’s important to address your own past in order to parent well
- How to identify your child’s triggers and the unmet needs that might be behind them
- Skills to calm yourself and your child

Oftentimes, when parenting children who have experienced trauma, caregivers need a safe sounding board from someone who “gets it.” In this package, I offer you that option when therapy and other professional services aren’t enough, or perhaps you’ve graduated from therapeutic services but still need some coaching to maintain, move forward, or keep from going backward.
